Instead of reheating your tea in the microwave and removing the nutrients, why not brew more tea? Add the newly brewed tea to some of your already created tea to actually warm that mixture up. more

I drink Foldgers Coffee and am a Sleepytime Tea fanatic.  However, I do not receive any kickbacks for promoting them or using their products.  Many companies do however offer such programs.  Find your company in question and research their websites. more

From what I know the dark areas are dry skin, and or discoloration from higher blood sugars. I am not a Dr I just have personal experience. I would moisturize and loofa, get that skin into a more supple condition and see if that works. You can also even try olive oil on those areas as well as the very dry parts of your body.
