  4. Dandelion- The leaves and roots of the dandelion are used as natural treatments for the body's internal systems which indirectly treats and provides relief for a number of the symptoms of anxiety.
  5. Kava- It acts as a natural, non addictive tranquilizer. However, it is worth noting that research has suggested that it may be associated with liver problems and should be used with caution.

In conclusion, there are numerous treatments for anxiety and its symptoms. However, it is worth commenting that the natural treatment for anxiety may take long to have an effect on an individual but it is worth the wait as it is seen to be a permanent solution to anxiety.
